Container Preparation and Sterilization System

Container vacuum purification:
Preparation and sterilization of the containers and cover sealing material

Fillers

Block of fillers with servo motor, adapted for CIP (clean-in-place).
Dosing of the product, as well as the entire work process, is operated by PLC.
Automatic filler washing is performed outside the working area of the machine.

Filling heads for Hummus products that contain various particles

A double-component product Filling head, providing an even product level spreading.
Both double-component fillers and container transfer elevators are equipped with servo motors. Synchronization of the process is carried out by the PLC system.

Fillers for viscous products.
The intermediate tank is equipped with an agitator.

Filler with a pressure compensator, for spread products.

Container closure

Container sealing station for ‘membrane cutting from the roll’ and sterilization of the inner film surface.

Container sealing station with creation of modified atmosphere MAP. (Preliminary vacuum purification is also possible).

Alarm messages regarding filter elements’ replacement are followed to PLC.

Fillers’ CIP -Clean – in – Place

Detergent supplying pipes from the factory’s CIP system are hermetically linked to the product tank.
All equipment manufactured by Pack Line, can be modified to include CIP.

Fillers’ CIP (clean-in-place) – outside the working area of the machine.

Washing of the product tank, as well as all the inside surfaces of the fillers, pipes and filling heads, is carried out under pressure and in a closed cycle.

Use of solution discharge is performed through the discharging sleeve of the accumulating tub.

Before the beginning of the washing process, the accumulating tub is lifted –for the purpose of covering and hermetical closing of the entire surface for washing.

The process of washing is started after the corresponding washing regime, in full accordance with the program operated by the Central CIP station, is switched on.

Provides full control of the machine functions

Provides connection and information transfer to the outer factory operating system computer.

A direct link to Pack Line Factory through the modem is also possible.

Centralized lubrication system.

The option of different containers’ shapes and dimensions quick transfer is provided according to the Customer’s request.
